OWA and global address lists

Hello,

 

I am working at a school which is currently running exchange 2003 std, and we are just setting up email accounts for our students. The students will be using outlook web access to view their emails. We would like to restrict the students from seeing the full global address list. Is there a way of creating an address list that only students can view using outlook web access?

 

We have created an address list that can be viewed in full outlook but this does not work in outlook web access?

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

In theory it's done the exact same way using Exchange System Manager, but in practice I've never been able to get Address Lists to show in OWA even though it works fine in Outlook.

The way we did it was by upgrading to enterprise and having separate mail stores. (I think......)
