[sims] Census Spring 2013 patch

We are doing the census for Spring and i have been told we need a patch for the census to run, we have a problem with the free school meals.

 

We have the patch, however when i come to install it, it says:

 

The SIMS database upgrade file {path TO File}3.61.835 to 3.61.861 17698 Patch.ZIP has failed its digital signature check.

Your SIMS database has not been upgraded. Please contact your technical support provider.

 

Is there anything i can do or do i need to wait for my LEA to get back to me?

Silly things to check but depending how you're downloading the patch, Does it have it's signature file as well? Should be a .signature file normally

 

Can you redownload it again, just in case it's got corrupted during download?

Just checking, but you are trying to apply it to SIMS v7.148 aren't you? And not v7.146 or before?

 

Patch applied fine for me when I had to do it.

Where can i get the download from. This was emailed to me from the LEA and only contained a sql file, signature file and yeah, we are on 7.148

I had to apply this patch too.

 

My Patch 17698.zip included 3.61.835 to 3.61.861 17698 Patch.XML, 3.61.835 to 3.61.861 17698 Patch.ZIP and 3.61.835 to 3.61.861 17698 Patch.ZIP.signature.

 

Did yours contain all 3?

 

PS. You shouldnt unzip the 3.61.835 to 3.61.861 17698 Patch.ZIP (so shouldnt see the sql file)

Looking inside the zip file, i see:

 

3.61.835 to 3.361.861 17698 patch.sql

 

and thats it. Like i say, i need to know where i can get the file from as i am getting pressure but no response from the LEA.
