sparkeh Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 Can anyone recommend a good brand/model of USB microscope please?
jmak Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 Depending on the kind of detail you need, we've had good success with the TTS Easi-scopes. Only minor issue is that we had to install the view software manually until I could include it on a build as no .msi We're an infant school though, so priority is ease of use for small hands, rather than high quality optics. Good enough for me to really enjoy playing with them - opens up a whole new world on everyday objects. 1
sparkeh Posted January 10, 2013 Author Posted January 10, 2013 Thanks. Usually I tend to avoid TTS stuff as in the past its not been great but good to hear it works well for you. Does this work with Win7 (Some TTS stuff is quite old and won't play).
AngryTechnician Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 (edited) Our TTS Easi-scopes work in Windows 7. The software is a bit basic but it does work. I even have an MSI that I made but not sure of the legality of posting it publicly, so PM me if you are interested. Edited January 10, 2013 by AngryTechnician 1
