It's from PCWorld and their recovery option won't work either, I just get a message that the kernel is corrupt. Trouble is, the COA label is totally unreadable, so whilst I believe it is XP Home, I don't have the key. Can anyone suggest a low-cost solution as our cleaners don't get paid a lot!
