Fox Posted December 20, 2012 Posted December 20, 2012 Help Desk Software, IT Helpdesk Tool - ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Been using this for almost a coupe of years now and it does all we need for myself and my one tech. Licence used to be £200 pa. When I went to renew today I was told that it is now free for upto 5 techs, so I would like to recommend it to people who don't have a call logging system. Even if you have, check this out anyway, I find it pretty darn good. Would not be able to do my job without it now. Enjoy.
