MS Office 2007 - Inserting a Hyperlink: Collapsing Sections

I have large documents in which I have to add links to common topics inside the same document. Every time I open the Insert Hyperlink dialog box, all the document sections are expanded so I have do a lot of scrolling to find the relevant section. I can collapse sections and then add the hyperlink, but then the very next time I open the dialog again - everything is expanded.

 

Is there any way to collapse the sections and have they remain collapsed until I close the document?
