NEC VT959 Lamp light still on with new bulb installed

Looking for a bit of help

 

We have bought a new bulb for the projecter after installing it and turning it on the lamp light is still lit but there is no display coming from the projector and no noise from it.

 

Any ideas?

Hi Matt,

I know on the VT59 you sometimes need to press and hold the HELP button on the remote for 20 seconds
