Wordle

Morning all,

 

I'm having a weird issue with our staff accessing Wordle (Wordle - Beautiful Word Clouds) and I'm pulling my hair out a bit now.

 

Essentially, as an administrator I can access and use Wordle perfectly, however our teaching staff are unable to.

 

We use Bloxx for our filtering, and I've added all the addresses I can find into it to allow staff access however I'm still having problems. Java is the most up to date version.

The error I get is as per the attached screenshot.

 

Any help anyone can provide will be gratefully received.

Not sure about Bloxx, but I on our Smoothwall we had to add Wordle to our NTLM Exceptions list - i.e. unauthenticated IPs trying to access this URL are allowed. Java is a bit of a silly bugg3r when it comes to auth, I believe.

I'd guess it's auth for Java. We use ABCya! Word Clouds for Kids! rather than Wordle as it's got more options for manipulating (and exporting) clouds.
