Setting up a WebDAV Server

I have a become a bit stuck trying to setup a WebDAV server as i would like to test mobile devices in the school and heard this is prob the best way to go about it. I have set it all up, added a virtual directory to a test folder on another server but when i test the publishing server from my machine to see if i can see the folders, i input the network admin username and password and i get a "404 error - The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable"

 

Can someone please tell me what im doing wrong.
