MDM Zinc v2 Error Handler

Hello there!

 

Today i am faced with a task i have been putting off for ages!

 

I am dealing with some software called FoodinFocus2, and sadly isn't working!

 

I keep getting an error message, which states;

 

MDM Zinc v2 Error Handler

 

Form name: MainForm

Form type: Normal Form

{mdm}script v2 Method: mdm.Database.MSAccess.select

Parameter(s):"SELECT*FROM UserDetails WHERE UserName='samb'"

Frame Number: 9

Zinc errorL Zinc has encountered the following error: The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file

'\\*server*\Food Technology\FoodinFocus2\Assets\foods.mdb'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data

 

HELP!?

Sam, did you ever resolve this?

 

 

Imagine it's a similar setup : just on a shared drive. Admins can use it without a problem, multiple copies at a time, but as soon as we log on with a restricted user, they get this error. They have read & write permissions.

 

Edit. Resolved, DFS permissions were the problem, not drive permissions.
