Simcfc73 Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 I've had a few computers getting stuck with 'install active' on their status and me not being able to get rid of them. After talking to support there is a lovely little utility they have produced which fixes these issues and a bunch more. Not sure if it been mentioned before on here so apologies if it has. 1
