[ms office - 2010] MS Access - Students unable to run action queries from network location. Help

We have noticed that students are unable to run action queries in ms access 2010. I believe this is because the network drive (their my documents) is not a trusted location in the security settings. Now we have tried enabling this as students which seems to work but I was wondering how to do it for the whole school.

 

We run a rm cc4 network and I have had a look in the registry policies in the rmmc but cannot see anything that would help. Anyone any ideas how to fix this on a cc4 network using the rm setup?
