RM Ecoquiet & AB Tutor Control.

Does anybody know how to get the RM Ecoquiet's to Power up form the LAN?

 

I used to be able to do this with Lanview in XP but since we've changed to Windows 7 and started using AB Tutor Control I cannot get them to power up.

There are other desktops on the system and they power up fine. Have tried various configurations of the BIOS and the Network Card but to no avail.

 

They will shutdown using AB Tutor but will not boot up, any help would be appreciated.
