Andie Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 We have some dataloggers purchased from TTS (primary school dataloggers) with the Datadisc software by a teacher. Now trying to install them for use with Windows 7! The 32 bit version of Windows seems fine. But the drivers for the serial/USB connection to the datalogger are refusing to install, and not having any success looking for drivers online. There is supposed to be a website with tech support (http://www.log-box.co.uk) but Google can't find the site. Anyone else tried and succeeded with this?
Andie Posted November 28, 2012 Author Posted November 28, 2012 (edited) I have the answer! Rang TTS and they guided me to the product page for the datalogger. There are downloads on a tab beneath the product sales details. There is a USB lead driver zip file. Downloaded that and installed the exe it contains. Log-Box Primary ICT Classroom USB Edit: Also need to download the software exe. These two together will detect the OS and install the appropriate drivers and software. If you haven't already installed the Windows Help File viewer, you will also need to download this from the Microsoft website: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917607 Edited November 28, 2012 by Andie
