HAP: Crosses and ticks missing from setup page

Hi,

 

I am probably doing something really stupid, but I am trying to setup HAP, but when I go to the setup page I am not seeing the green ticks and red crosses I am just getting a white box with a little red cross in the corner, like when a program can't find a picture.

 

I have not changed anything and followed the installation tutorial on the website.

 

Any help on this would be great.

I saw a previous post regarding the issue and to try deleting the .svg entry from HAP/web.config file to get this working. I have done this but it is still not working.

 

Any advice would be appreciated.
