Dlink DAP-1360

Does any one use the dlink DAP-1360 as an ordinary access point? have they found any issues with it allowing wireless clients to request and receive DHCP addresses?

 

i see that dlink market it now as a wireless range extender (it does have the options for access point mode) im just wondering if it isnt really a suitable AP?

the datasheet is rather minimal and doest state if it support passing DHCP packets through it (im pretty sure it does but the performance/reliability is pretty poor for clients, signal strength etc is good)

 

any thoughts or feedback be grand
