clareq Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 My boss wants to create a mailing list for staff to opt into with tips for behaviour management, building good lessons etc. Back in the old days when we had an imail mail server it was easy, but now that we run Exchange 2007 it appears not to be supported. Does anyone know how I can set this up or recommend a third party program that will do it? If it helps we are a CC4 school, and run a Frog VLE.
sukh Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 Exch uses distribution lists, create one and add staff to it.
clareq Posted November 14, 2012 Author Posted November 14, 2012 We want the staff to be able to sign up to the list and remove themselves from it without input from us. We use distribution lists widely, but this needs to be more dynamic.
sukh Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 you can do that with exch 2010 & 2013 but not 2007.

clareq Posted November 14, 2012 Author Posted November 14, 2012 Looks interesting, I'll pass it on. Thanks.
Edu-IT Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 No worries. I've used it for a few things and it's pretty friendly to use.
