Creating a shared network folder that's write-only

Hello. I'm stuck trying to figure this out, have tried a number of different permissions but can't seem to find anything that works.

Here's my situation:

We have a phone room that records phone calls through our dialer software to a networked folder. This folder needs to be write-only, and un-readable. We need the files to be able to be written from all 20 workstations in the office, while restricting access from agents being able to go through that folder. Only the administrator (myself) should be able to read that folder.

All machines are on windows 7, except our dialer which runs on windows 2003 server.

Thanks!
