Right Click Scan for Viruses?

Microsoft Security Essentials had a nice option (like most other Anti Virus products on the market) to right click a file and scan for viruses. However, now that it is built in to Windows Defender, this option has disappeared. I tried searching Google and found an option to scan a folder, but is there any way to get the option back to scan individual files for viruses? (Can't believe that Microsoft left this out!) :|

I think this is because they wanted it transparent and not to step on the system crippeler/AV vendors market. You can still scan stuff by going through the control panel and targeting a custom scan but could not find a way right click it. It does perform on access and on download scans (for ie) so it is generally still scanning stuff.
