Min spec for hyper-servers with given roles

hi guys/gals,

 

do you know of any sites or documents that list the recommend "virtual spec" of hyper-v server given the roles that they will run?

 

looking at 2 hyper-v servers or one physical and vm running;

 

dhcp (in fallover)
dns
Active directory
GPO

 

i've also been told to run all the above on a phyiscal server and replicate it to a vm.......as having both as a vm is bad practice.

 

Any info would be great guys......
