Windows 2003 ASR on VMWare 5.1

I'm trying to recover a failed Windows 2003 physical server into VMWare, although I can get the ASR recovery running I cannot find a way of presenting the BKF file to the server. Additional hard drives are not seen, network connectivity is inactive and I can't get it to recognise a USB pen.

 

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get it to see the bkf file ?

Whoops. I'd added a USB controller to the VM but forgot to add a USB Device, it sees a USB pen with the bkf file just fine now
