[android tablet] Internal Network Sites

So managed to get my hands on a samsung galaxy note tab 10.1 on the other day and brought it into work this morning to have a play. Have any you of managed to get an android based device to pick up your internal sites? Would quite like to be able to pick up our helpdesk and signage system whilst out and about but get it to pick up the host names etc. I can gain access to our smoothwall through its IP just not its host name... Any ideas?
