Services Stopping

Hello all

 

There are 2 services that keep stopping on my 2003 server. These services are "Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider" and "Volume Shadow Copy"

 

These services stop when running a nightly backup and is causing the backups to fail. I am using Backup Exec 9.1 for my backups.

 

Has anyone got any ideas or advice?

Update is available that fixes various Volume Shadow Copy Service issues in

Windows Server 2003
