Violation of PRIMARY KEY Constraint 'PK_sims_member'. When adding a leaving date to a student -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Created 24/04/2009 Last Updated 12/10/2009 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Affected Products Star 7 - Student Details -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Notes Fault Code: 1769-2615-4600. Violation of PRIMARY KEY Constraint 'PK_sims_member'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object "sims.sims_member" Adding a leaving date to a student. This is in the student details. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Advice There is now a generic patch available to resolve this issue. This is Patch 13245. This will be included in the August 2009 Release.
