Have had this issue for a couple of weeks now this is the fault I get (please see attachment) any ideas would be great thanks.

Contact whoever provides your SIMS support, this is a know (although rather old) issue - KB87855 - 1769-2615-4600. Violation of PRIMARY KEY Constraint 'PK_sims_member'. When adding a leaving date to a student

Fault Code: 1769-2615-4600. Violation of PRIMARY KEY Constraint 'PK_sims_member'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object "sims.sims_member"

This is in the student details.

Advice

 

There is now a generic patch available to resolve this issue. This is Patch 13245. This will be included in the August 2009 Release.

We are running 17460 patch this afternoon,sent through from provider so we shall see!
