Office 365 - Anyone experienced the buttons not working in the web app?

Hi

 

We are about to switch over to Office 365 as our school email system but i have noticed sometimes when i load it up the buttons like new, reply, options become unresponsive. I can click any of the buttons and it doesn't seem to do anything.

 

Anyone had a similar issue?
