Moving mail alias and distribution groups to google apps?

What the best to get out distribution groups and mail alias out of exchange 2007 to put into Google apps?

 

Also is there anyway to get the mail to link to work in office with Google apps?

Hello nicholab,

 

You can set up google groups, this is similar to your distribution lists.

 

If you install the gmail notifier I think you can set gmail as your default mail client.
