James_S Posted October 19, 2012 Author Posted October 19, 2012 (edited) Hi, Im pretty new to this, is there away to edit this video on my side? I manage to save the video to a location to a AVI format but when i take it throw editing process i get a pretty nasty error message. I spoke to a gentlemen at clickview but they mentions it will not process due to the codecs being installed in the transition. Edited October 19, 2012 by James_S
mactechie Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 your best bet is to download it and edit it with something like freemake video convertor and upload it back. I would send you the orginal .AVI or .MP4 via dropbox if it would be easier? Then upload it to your clickview library. 1
