quiet_andy Posted October 16, 2012 Posted October 16, 2012 We have a slight problem with Yenka, it has been installed on our image but someone forgot to input the activation key. We have tried to deploy the software via gpo with the activation key but the install falls over as it is already installed. Does anyone know a way to force a reinstall with the key or a way of deploying just the key via gpo?
OhDear Posted October 16, 2012 Posted October 16, 2012 Not sure about deploying the key but you could use the 'msiexec /x' command as a startup script to uninstall it then deploy it
Cache Posted October 16, 2012 Posted October 16, 2012 Had a quick play with the install on my machine, looks like it is the cclibs file in the Yenka\software folder that holds the licence details.
