kevin_lane Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 for what ever reason i have 1 user who for what ever reason will not map network drive untill i put his password in all other staff are absolutly fine all share and ntfs permission are ok just weird has anyone came across this any ideas ??
british_government Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 I had this issue, but it was just one user on one certain machine. re-image the laptop and they were fine, a bit of a sledge hammer but it works!
jinnantonnixx Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 (edited) It could be that they have a clash of credentials. Try this: From a command box, type net use See if they have any mapping at all to the target. It doesn't have to be a mapped drive, just a connection.
