Hi All,

Not 100% about this being posted in the correct place.

I need some advice, I have an old 500 series IWB, which as always is fine when I see it but when the teaching member of staff is in that room complaines of the machine not holding alignment.

I called Steljes whom today seem to really hate me as they tell me that they simply will not offer advice to me about this board due to its age. D'oh!

I'm pretty sure that the acutal board is ok, IE the touch part. I'm not so sure abotu the rest. The board used to have a different PC on it (Our PC's follow sthe staff when they move rooms), So having spoken to the previous member of staff I was told that he too had issues with alignment.

Am using Smart Notbook 11 now, the board is a 500 series and holds alignment for about 10 mins.

Also, strangely having the same issue with an SB660 too...

Any advice would be great. All drivers/software up to date. :)

Ta Muchly

Does this happen even on an administrator login? So it allows to you align it, it works fine, but then 10 minutes later its lost it? Am I right?

Well, yeah... Our classroom setup is not quite standard. We just have identical machines (one per IWB/Classroom) which is joined to a workgroup with the same name as the domain.

But yes, the login is an administrator's account level. :) Whats your thought....?

I did forget to mention that these machines are XP PRO SP3...
