VLC Player Problem playing audio cds windows 7 Long delay before cd starts to play

Running VLC v2 on windows 7 box and When our users insert an audio cd burnt or pressed vlc loads but i have a long delay before it starts to play has anyone come across this.

 

Running mandatory profiles

could it be something to do with the mandatory profile, DVDs and other media files play as they should its just audio cds

VLC does some house cleaning on first run (font cache creation, etc). You could try starting VLC, playing a couple of things, and then recapturing your mandatory profile so all of VLC first run registry keys are already there.

I will give it a go tomorrow but im sure i ran a few files through VLC prior to capturing the profile Thanks
