Cunninghams - Free school meals

Hi again!

 

Has anyone got any knowledge / experience of free school meal sync between SIMS and cunninghams cashless?

Students are being updated as free meals, the groupcall is running each night but they aren't appearing in the cunninghams system.

We had huge issues with syncing CMIS correctly. Turned out the Groupcall script needed updating to a newer version to handle the new changes to how FSM information is recorded in the MIS system. Cunninghams had no idea about these changes, I got the fix by ringing Serco and then being refered to Groupcall. Might be worth calling Groupcall directly.

Going for the three pronged attack here! I seem to be getting somewhere with Biostore

Just thought I'd update this as i hate finding threads with the question i want to know the answer too and its just petered out...

 

Basically the Biostore Update service which pulls data from Biostore into Impact was the incorrect version.

It was updated to v1.09 and all was fine - FSMs and Supervisor enabled accounts are now being credited immediately.
