Lighting in ICT rooms?

Is there any regulations for lighting in ICT rooms?

If so can anyone help me and provide a link or something to this information.

H&S came in and inspected my old classroom when I was an NM due to me getting migraines frequently. If I remember rightly you should use Category 2 lighting in any room where computers (read laptops, PDAs, computers, Macs etc) are used for 60 minutes or longer.

 

They did say though it is not a legal requirement, however it is recommended.
