Exchange 2010 Management Tools on 2012 Server

It seems the 2010 Management Tools wont install onto Server 2012..

 

Is there a newer version or an update that will install?

I have used installed Windows 8 on my work computer and found this out.

As far as I know it's not supported.

yep not supported, I did try thee above method but it didn't work
