Resolve DNS problem in windows 2003 R2 server

Am a newby to windows Active directory. Installed Windows 2003 R2 enterprise 64 bit on vmware ESXi as a guest. Domain, DNS, DHCP roles installed based on typical settings. Similarly installed Win XP SP2 as a guest. Screen shots of DNS config and IP configuration of both server and PC enclosed. nslookup OK on server. But fails from the Windows XP . Please help resolve DNS so I can add the XP to the AD

On Your DNS server right click on the server name and ensure it is set to respond to dns queries on its 192 address rather then just 127
