[sims] Problems Updating Sims

Hi,

 

I'm having trouble trying to update Sims Summer 12 07 ARMPAK and fms. I'm getting an error saying that novasattelitesetup.exe can't be find, web server 404 error and fails to install the sims update, and for FMS it says your trying to upgrade when no suitable FMS is installed.

 

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

 

Have a call logged with OneConnect from yesterday and waiting for them to get back to me, just wondered if anyone else had similar probs in Lancashire.

Have you tried re-installing SIMS and FMS?

FMS workstation needs to be installed, and your sims.ini - the simssetupsdirectory path is wrong.
