Backup Exec 2012 P2V Error

Hi All, Anyone able to help with this one please ? ...

 

i have the Latest version of Backup Exec 2012 installed and working but when trying to convert backup to hyper-v image it get the following error.

"The job failed with the following error: Failed to create the virtual disks required for the warm conversion"

 

This seems to be a common issue i have checked permissions and all looks fine. all other aspects of the backup work perfectly but the P2V is really bugging me as it is a great feature if it worked!
