how to get staffs home and share drive in the cloud.

we are trying to get the home and share into the cloud, i think we could do it by associating a windows live account with a AD logon the only problem i can see with this is if the staff member moves computer it wont register on the other pc. is there any way around this???? also is there any way to roll this out on mass instead of doing it individually??

Currently beta testing this AppSense DataNow - AppSense - so far seems very good and quite reliable (just slight issue on Android jelly bean). So far we have tested on Win 7, OSX, IOS, android, gingerbread seems to perform very well and comes as a virtual appliance.
