Who fancies a summer upgrade to windows 8 to really confuse people in september.....

RabbieBurns Posted July 31, 2012 Posted July 31, 2012 Ive rolled out the release preview to 40 slates already and it has been received well by teachers and students alike. However I dont see us putting it on desktops or normal laptops at all.

rich_tech Posted August 10, 2012 Posted August 10, 2012 I think the standard thing with any M$ operating system is never adopt it early, most places I know with IT that have changed, didnt use windows 7 until well after the SP1 was released for it, that being said, 8 is another "vista/millenium" operating system in the making I feel from what I have seen, but only time will tell here.
