kkitagawa Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 Hi guys, My network is running all Windows 7 machines joined to an AD domain. I'm having trouble finding a way to include the valid access code automatically based off of the user's department or groups. It would be nice to have it automatically input the Valid Access code while printing to the Ricoh Printers. Let me know if you need any other information or if I'm in the wrong forum please move me.
