kearton Posted July 24, 2012 Posted July 24, 2012 Does anyone have the file PublisherInteractiveGuideSetupEN.exe or PublisherInteractiveGuideSetupEN.msi please? I would expect to find it here (Microsoft Publisher 2010: Interactive menu to ribbon guide) but MS seem to have changed this recently (read: a few days ago) and now it's either broken or 64-bit only. (All the other downloads for other Office apps are working)
kearton Posted July 25, 2012 Author Posted July 25, 2012 After 75 minutes (including a very interesting argument where the phone agent was insisting that x86 meant 64-bit!?!) on the phone with Micro$oft, they've finally admitted that there is a problem with that download and they're going to try and find me a 32-bit version...

MS employees are doing my head in getting me to try all sorts of things and saying its not a problem with the download, which they insist is 32-bit and works on their 32-bit PCs (despite the original person I spoke to claiming they she got the same error as me after all on hers)
