You need to get a supplier that pallet wraps! Its easier to unbox.

We've got a temp in doing our manual labour No unboxing for us! Woop!

 

Instead, I'm making backups of all the ACLs on our file server, a backup of all shares, then copying all the data off onto a NAS and finally - the scary part - wiping our DAS.

I was in one of our local Academies on friday having a look around. Pretty much the last day I could get onsite at the old building as it is stripped out and everything gets moved to the new building next door. The *oooolllddd* kit is was being collected and disposed of, and the new kit was being unboxed by the folk from the 'IT Delivery Partner' (I believe that is the present term being used for getting drones from somewhere else to do the donkey work!) ... boxes galore!!!

 

Good look to the team there as they get the new kit running.

I may start my own supplier business out of the office soon! -_- Stock starts with 6 and half boxes of headphones (250 pairs of headphones) 4 large HP printers, 25 pcs, monitors, KB and mice + various leads! And yet theres more to come! Have managed to leave myself enough of a gap to escape to the door and to the sink for coffee!
