Apparently it bounced up off a grass verge just outside the petrol station on the A1. I have a feeling it fell out of the trailer being pulled by the silver/white car.

 

EDIT: - not too sure now. look at the entrance to the garage at 6 seconds. there is a black mass moving across the entrance.
