Group Policy - Settings not being applied :(

Ive got a RM CC4.3 network running Server 2008, I made a change in GPO to remove the proxy server but the changes are not being applied to the workstations.

 

Ive checked event viewer on the workstations are there are no errors being reported. *FRUSTRATED*

 

Any ideas?

Got it working, RM Support were very helpful, a random registry fragment was causing lots of problems, all good now.
