So when you can't print from your class, why don't you send for me instead of uploading your file to a pen drive (we have shared folders BTW) and sending your ta down to infants to printout next years class list.

PS I "cured" the printing issue by pressing OK to the msg on the printer LCD display asking to resume

Had a few cases of printers not working and staff just shoving them to another departments, ok it doesn't affect cost but why not just let us know first!

One thing we have not had an issue with lately is "If its not working, just leave it for a few weeks".

 

Still its not hard regardless how busy you are to inform people if its not working, I am sure if they had been paid less then what they should of by £50 they would be on that phone instantly.

I can confirm that this is true - today I had a call from a bloke from a Tesco store wanting to know why his pay was short this month.
