Multipoint 2011 Premium install

Later this week we're taking delivery of our first lot of 8 x Multipoint 2011 Premium Servers, and 60 x HP 150 Zero Clients. Reading up on the Internet, and EG, it seems they work with Windows 7 policies. How are others integrating them, as Windows 7 PCs or as Terminal Servers? I was expecting them to work as Terminal Servers TBH!

 

Also, any gotchas to watch out for?

W7 policies with just a few tweaks on the software install policies for stuff that does not like server 2k8 as an os. We use in some classrooms and libraries, no opengl support but works well for almost everything else.

So it works okay with gpo software installs and SCCM? You don't need to worry about installing software for terminal server, just do it as you normally would on a Windows 7/2008 PC/Server? if so, happy days!

I have, I don't use sccm but gpo push works fine for us so sccm should work fine.
