moodle clam antivirus

i have set up clam antivirus on moodle 2.2.2+ with the following setting:

 

Use clam AV on uploaded files run clam on upload: on

 

clam AV path path to clam: C:\Program Files\ClamWin\bin\clamscan.exe

 

Quarantine directory quarantine dir: blank

 

On clam AV failure clam failure on upload: treat files like virus

 

every time i upload anything, it comes back with 'the file you have uploaded 'filename' has been scanned by a virus checker and found to be infected! your file upload was NOT successful'

 

Can Anyone help?
