Our SLT have been receiving Phishing emails, and have forwarded them to me to "sort out". Obviously these emails are similar to proxy'ing websites where as soon as you ban one a load more pop up.

How do other schools deal with phishing emails?

We have our on Exchange Server and I was looking at buying a spam filter for it, has anyone got any recommendations?

Many thanks

Forefront for Exchange sorts these out, which version of Exchange have you got as the Enterprise version includes Forefront for Exchange, the standard you have to licence it seperately.

We have 2 Exchange 2010 Standard Servers Servers, 1 of them is the Mailbox Server.

I have asked for a price for Forefront to be included in my EES Agreement, is it easy to install / activate and configure?

FTE I believe but check with your license provider, if you have the Enterprise Desktop CAL then its already covered in that. It would be worthwhile on your next renewal changing to the Enterprise Desktop CAL and Enterprise Exchange as this includes all the required licenses.
