Running SIMS.net version 7.140 on Citrix

Hello All,

 

I setup SIMS server successfully; the client works perfectly on a workstation. My colleague publishes it on citrix because the server is based in London and users will be accessing it from one of the National Autistic Society's schools in Radlett. the problem is:

a user can create a report (any type of report), preview it and save it, but when the person runs the report the following error is displayed:

When the error message window is closed (the only option), the application closes as well.

CAPITA told me they don't support SIMS on citrix although they are aware some schools are running SIMS successfully on citrix. I was told that the only technician who could help left the company.

 

Could anyone help or direct me to the right path sorting out the issue? If you are running SIMS on Citrix can you please let me know any relevant information about publishing it?

Also the System Manager won't work but I will keep to one question at a time.
