Hello,

We currently use InfoPath forms for teachers to submit their incident reports/slips. However, when the user submits this it emails the relevant member(s) of staff based on the selection made by the member of staff filling in the form.

I have been asked by the senior leadership team to see if there is a way of submitting the form directly into the behaviour section of SIMS for that particular student. (I only know how to install SIMS.net but not use it - hence the rather vague "behaviour section of SIMS" phrase!). My first thoughts are that this would not be possible but I would just to ask the question to see if anyone else has got a way of doing this.

Thanks in advance,

J.Worth.

I can't imagine that an InfoPath form is simpler than putting it straight into SIMS . Especially if you do it via the register as there are even less boxes to fill in. It makes sense to do it live in SIMS.

The only other option is to use third-party software that links in, such as Emerge, PARS, or TeachersWebFolder
